Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Once your order is processed, please allow 5 to 6 business days for your order to be delivered. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
